We are a Business Processing Outsource (BPO) for virtual call center and support services.

Customers are the heartbeat of any organization, responsible for the existence of the companies they frequently obtain products or services from. Seeing the importance of this role of keeping customers satisfied, is the driver for us opening our doors! To ensure maximum uninterrupted attention is given to timely, continuous interaction with all customers.

We also view ourselves as strategic partners where our clients leverage on our services, through outsourcing their non-core activities, they are guaranteed of experiencing service enhancements that can be turned into competitive advantages over their rivals.

On 24 September 2018 @Connect Global Solutions (Private) Limited was born. We have been interacting with the clients or customers of various organisations since then.

Our name and logo are a symbol and representative of the connectivity required for our clients or customers and the ever evolving conversations that are required. Having the conversation with them from wherever they are on the planet, we are there to ensure connectedness is achieved.

Over 15 years in executive management roles in the advertising, PR and aviation industries.
Gugulethu Ngwenya
Co-Founder
MBA, BSc Honours and BSc General Degree from the University of Zimbabwe, Short term Insurance Associateship from UNISA.
Over 20 years in executive management roles in the insurance industry.
